Yanfei has a base attack value that’s not among the highest characters, so flat attack compensates for some of the lower scaling.

This playstyle revolves around three sealed attacks and unleashing a strong Charged Attack. Elemental Skill can help you build three seals. Elemental Burst or Elemental Skill will allow you to do this by using Elemental Skill. Yanfei also gains an additional seal every two attacks for a limited time when she uses Elemental Burst. To maximize damage, Yanfei can only use two of her normal attacks before using a charged attack.
Attempted Attack
Everything you eat Scarlet SealsYanfei inflicts AOE damage within a range of about 100 meters. With each seal eaten, AOE is increased, stamina intake decreases, and charged attack damage rises. Yanfei has the option to use charged attacks in lieu of having three attacks. One second equals two attacks. The first seal to be granted takes slightly longer, at almost 2.5 seconds.
Finally, the “Brilliant” buff gives Yanfei a damage bonus for the duration but will expire if Yanfei is switched out, so you will be locked on Yanfei for a while. It isn’t as severe nor long-lasting as the previous. XiaoOr Razor, but long enough that you really need to cast most of your support teammates skills before using Yanfei’s Burst.
Yanfei can be granted a Pyro Shield if she has C4 in her Elemental Burst. This shield is capable of absorbing damage and preventing knockback so it might make sense to leave your shield characters behind.

In this section, I’ll fill you in on some of the best characters that synergise well with this build. I’ll mostly use four star characters here, but in the current game version, it’s universally recommended for you to use a five star support character such as Zhongli, Venti, Kazuha, or even Jean. Each offers a unique playstyle.
Fischl
Since the release of September 2020’s game, Princess Fischl has been a stable and cheap Electro support as well as sub DPS. Since then, she has received only buffs and is now a much better support.
