Bristol Bears have signed prop Ashley Challenger on a one-year contract after a month-long trial with the membership.
Challenger, 26, made his debut for the Bears within the Premiership Cup victory over Exeter on Saturday.
He beforehand performed for Championship aspect Hartpury School.
“For Ash, it was his dream to be an expert rugby participant and he has confirmed the perspective and dedication to make it occur,” stated Bristol Bears director of rugby Pat Lam.
“It is an honour for me and my household to have the ability to pull on the Bears jersey and symbolize the membership I’ve supported rising up,” stated Challenger.
“I’m so grateful to Pat and the teaching workforce for the chance and will likely be working onerous to repay that religion in me.”
