The house is approximately 40 minutes away from Philadelphia. It measures 10500 square feet and has six bedrooms. The house was on the market for six month before it was sold. Simmons is still trying sell a condo in Philadelphia's City Center for $3 million.
According to Dirt.comSimmons purchased the house for $2.375million in 2019. Castellanos will buy it for $4.55million. Simmons, however, made extensive renovations to the house and added many more during his tenure. Remodels include a kitchen renovation, an addition to the dining room with a wine cellar and a walk-out basement that can be used as a recreation area. The recreation area features a theater, pool table and custom esports gaming areas. There is also a bar and a kitchenette.
Simmons recently had back surgeryLos Angeles to treat disc pain. Although he will require three to four weeks of rehabilitation, he is likely to be fully recovered by the Nets' 2022–23 training camp.
