McAvoy was an early scratch for Sunday’s Game 4 win due to COVID-19 protocols. Lindholm hasn’t been in action since being hit by Carolina’s jarring shoulder to chest. Andrei SvechnikovIn the Game 2 loss. Cassidy claimed that Lindholm didn’t travel to North Carolina to play Game 5.
