NEW YORK — Bears kicker Cairo Santos She did not travel with team on Saturday, and is listed as in question for Chicago’s Week 4-matchup at the New York Giants.
Santos was unable to practice on Thursday and Friday because of personal reasons. Three kickers were practiced by the Bears on Friday, and they signed Michael Badgley Saturday’s practice squad. Badgley was also promoted to the active list. Darrynton Evans.
Santos scored field goals from 47, 50, and a 30-yard goal in Chicago’s 23-20 win over Houston. He is currently 4-for-4 with field goals, and 4-for-6 with point-after efforts.
