Bickerstaff is considering LeVert as his first starter with Cleveland. Bickerstaff is currently trying to determine how the 6-foot-6 scorer fits into Cleveland’s offensive systems.

Garland’s back problem has been a slowing factor for him for several weeks. Prior to last week’s All Star break Garland missed five games due lower back pain. The 22-year-old played in All-Star Weekend activities. He scored 13 points in Team LeBron’s victory Sunday.
