McDaniel, as Miami enters Phase 3 of offseason trainings, has become a popular social media user for his fashion senseHe is well-known among his players and for his ability to build relationships with them. His skills as an offensive guru were his first assignment in February. However, his intelligence seems to be more than just X and O.

In the first week of April the Dolphins started their offseason training program. McDaniel, his staff and the foundation were laid for their new offensive system.
