England v South Africa – Tommy Freeman is brought in to assist the hosts during changes

Breaking news

Northampton's Tommy Freeman will take Jack Nowell's spot on the wing in one change for England's match with South Africa on Saturday.

Freeman, who was an impressive player on the summer tour to Australia, recently made his club return from a foot injury.

Ellis Genge (Elsewhere) and Luke Cowan–Dickie (Hockerer) have both been moved to the bench, with Mako Vipola and Jamie George joining the lineup.

Alex Coles replaces Sam Simmonds as flanker and adds a third line out jumper.

Jack van Poortvliet keeps up the scrum-half lead over Leicester team-mate Ben Youngs.
