Mako Vunipola leads Saracens in their bid to beat the London Irish, to make it to the last 16 of European Challenge Cup.

A strong line-up of Sarries includes Mako’s brother Billy, at number eight, and Manu, at fly-half.

Irish welcome back Adam Coleman lock to captain their side.

Ollie Hassell Collins and Kyle Rowe were all called up to start the week in which they received international calls from England and Scotland.

Saracens had hoped to welcome Owen Farrell back, but the England captain suffered an additional injury this week in training. set to miss the start of the Six Nations next month.

Mark McCall still has the option to call upon Elliot Daly and Sean Maitland as well as Maro Itoje, Maro Itoje, and Andy Christie, a new Scotland call-up, for his starting XV.

Centre Dom Morris will be making his 50th appearance at the club.

London Irish include Ben Loader, a winger from London, on their bench after he passed away recovery from a knee ligament injury.

Irish appear set to reach the last 16 having defeated Edinburgh and Pau as well as being awarded a draw from their cancelled Pool C match with Brive.

Saracens are yet to win after they lost to Edinburgh and had to forfeit their trip for Pau due Covid-19 cases.
