Richard Wigglesworth, a veteran scrum-half, will replace Ben Youngs in the Leicester Tigers’ starting line-up for Saturday’s Premiership final against Saracens.
Youngs will be replaced by Wigglesworth at 39. He has been a part of five Premiership titles and three European Cups.
Prop MakoVunipola will make the 200th Saracens final appearance.
Sarries make one more change to their semi final win against Harlequins.
