Ja Morant, Memphis Grizzlies star, was unable to play in Game 4 at Golden State Warriors after sustaining a knee injury.

Taylor Jenkins, Grizzlies’ head coach, said that the team will continue to treat Morant’s knee problem day by day. Jenkins refused to reveal the results after the point guard had an MRI. Morant’s right knee soreness has been ruled out by the team.

Morant will have just one day to get better before the Grizzlies play Game 5 at Memphis on Wednesday.

The Grizzlies were 20-5 without Morant, but they were outscored 32 times in the 29 minutes that Morant was not on the floor during the first three games.

Morant’s average stats in this second-round series are 38.3 points, 8.3 assists, and 6.7 rebounds.
