Hooker Jacques du Toit will move to Zebre, Italy's United Rugby Championship side, this summer.
The 28 year-old South Africa's former Under-20 player has moved to Bath, from Southern Kings, in January 2021. He also played for Cheetahs.
He was able to play 32 games for the club and scored his debut against Zebre in a Challenge Cup.
“Bath is an club steeped with history, and it's a privilege to have been able write a brief piece about that,” du Toit stated.
“I have worked hard to participate in as many games that I can and it has been my goal to make my family proud and Bath supporters proud. I know I have given my best and I will leave this place feeling proud.”
