Manu Tuilagi, a Sale centre, has stated that he would love to play for England at 2023 Rugby World Cup. However, he must keep fit after suffering a series of injuries.
England and the Sharks reached an agreement that Tuilagi should have a rest period and a pre-season. This was in preparation for Friday’s start against Northampton.
Tuilagi stated that “we’ll see what happens,” to the BBC Rugby Union Weekly podcast.

Tuilagi’s injury struggles have been a problem since England’s defeat by South Africa at the 2019 Rugby World Cup. He has made just six international appearances.
