The Dragons signed Max Clark, a Bath-qualified centre from Wales, to a long-term contract for the 2022-23 season.

Bridgend-born, 26-year old, has committed to the south-east Wales team following JJ Hanrahan and Bradley Roberts.

Dean Ryan, Dragons boss, said that Ryan is a very ambitious player who wants to impress Wales and be a part of the new building.

Clark said, “I am unbelievably excited about what’s to follow at Dragons.”

He stated, “It is a new challenge to me and I believe it’s what’s necessary to move forward as an athlete.”

“Looking ahead to next season’s squad, my high hopes for our future are high and I look forward to contributing to our success.”

Lock or back row Lonsdale is also Wales qualifiedClark’s versatility is evident in his ability to play inside or outside. His reputation is for being strong in defense.
