The defending champions are getting better. Milwaukee has won 10 of its 13 previous games as a veteran. The Mavs goal for the remainder is to keep their home-court advantage during the first round playoffs. Dallas is now fourth in the West standings, breaking a tie with Utah on Sunday night. There is a big difference between being in eighth place, which gives you two chances to win and reach the playoffs, or ninth, which requires you to win two games. 16. Cleveland Cavaliers
