The Jets already have a kicker Eddy PineiroThere are currently no players on the roster. Pineiro, who was a restricted free agent, was 8 for 8 on field goals last week and 9-for-10 in extra points in five games last year for the Jets.
Zuerlein, who is 34 years old, will be joining his third team. He was drafted in the sixth round by the Rams in 2012.
