Although a number of seeds have been locked down, including all four divisions, there are many stakes in today's five game slate. The Knights are still in the playoff hunt, even though they lost their shootout match last night. They will need to beat the Knights. Chicago BlackhawksTonight (and help) will keep it that way. This will be provided by the Arizona CoyotesThey are visiting the Stars. If the Stars win even one point tonight they will be in and the Knights out regardless of Vegas's game.
The “race” to be selected for the draft lottery position is still hot. The Montreal Canadiens(skating against Rangers tonight) holds the top spot with 51 points, 14 regulation wins, and the Coyotes are in second place with 53 points, 17 RW, and the Seattle KrakenIn action against the Kings tonight, they are third with 58 and 22 points respectively.
