Premier 15s – Saracens win 32-10 bonus-point victory over Wasps

May Campbell has scored 10 tries in Saracens’ league and cup matches this season.

Champions Saracens climbed to the top in the Premier 15s early table with their second bonus point win.

Saracens’ victory over Wasps on Sunday was 32-10. They scored three converted first half tries and further scores from Georgia Evans after the break. May Campbell got additional scores, with the latter scoring her 10th attempt in all competitions.

As Wasps continue their losing streak, Liz Crake was the Wasps’ sole try.

Other winners on Sunday included Harlequins as well as Sale Sharks.

Sale won 24-17 against Worcester Warriors after trailing 17-3 at halftime.

Vicky Irwin, Jessica Taylor-Roberts, and Jessica Taylor Roberts attempted to level the score. Alycia Washington then stepped in front of her former club.

Harlequins scored their first win of the season with an Izzy Mayhew try in the last minute. It was her 50th appearance for Harlequins. Harlequins defeated Loughborough Lightning by 24-15.

Saturday’s Premier-15s fixtures saw Exeter Chiefs scoring 15 tries (including a hat-trick by Maisy Allen) in a 95-0 defeat of Darlington Mowden Park Sharks. Gloucester Harpury, on the other hand, won 36-5 at Bristol Bears.
