Marcus Smith will be back as Harlequins’ fly-half during one of three team changes to Gloucester.

Smith was unable to win the Northampton victory due to a positive Covid-19 testing. Hugh Tizard will start in the second row. Luke Northmore will be at the outside center.

As they seek to win the fourth Premiership in a row, Billy Twelvetrees will start at inside centre for Gloucester.

Prop Fraser Balmain moves into the front row as the only change in the team’s win over Bath.

Meanwhile, Gloucester number eight Ruanackermann will make his 100th appearance on the Cherry and Whites.

Lock Tizard (21 years old) was last seen for Harlequins in October. He came off the bench with Northmore in the team’s recent victory against Saints.

Only one point separates Harlequins and Gloucester in the league table. The hosts are in fourth place, one spot behind Quins.
