The Exeter Chiefs scored seven tries to beat their Pool 1 opponents Gloucester and secure their place in the Premiership Rugby Cup semifinals.
They now sit at the top in Pool 1. They were joined by the Pool 2 winners Sale and Northampton, who are also Pool 3 leaders.
Saints may still be caught and retaken by London Irish, but they already have enough points for them to qualify as the best second-placed side.
Exeter reserved their spot in a 12-try match with Gloucester at Sandy Park.

They were led by scrum-half Ben Meehan (hooker Seb Blake) and three more in half two from centre Jack Reeves and wingers Jake Morris (wingers).
Exeter felt energized earlier in the day after Premiership Rugby announced a 28-0 win for their match with Worcester Warriors, who had been suspended.
The final spot in the four remaining places can be reserved by the Cherry and Whites, but only if last season’s beaten finalists London Irish Gloucester would lose to the Exiles if it gets two points in their rearranged game against Sale.
The loss of Worcester and Wasps, both crisis clubs, has caused a severe disruption to the competition. They were also suspended and relegated following administration.
