Jono Ross and Will Cliff return to Sale Sharks, while Byron McGuigan welcomes Wasps to their New Year’s Day Premiership fixture.
Ross’s absence from the team for a month due to a head injury has boosted sales, and Cliff is back after a knee injury.
The Wasps have made three changes to their side with Sam Spink returning, Michael Le Bourgeois, and Nizaam Cart returning.
Jimmy Gopperth, who was sent off by Jacob Umaga in their win against the London Irish, is now playing fly-half.
Umaga will be absent from the three remaining Wasps games after being red-carded for dangerously tackling Ollie Hassell Collins in their 38-30 win.
He will also be missing Wasps’ Premiership fixture against Leicester, as well as their Champions Cup tie against Toulouse on 15 January.
McGuigan rejoins the Sale team after serving his three game ban due to his red card for dangerous playing in their Premiership defeat against Saracens in November.
Referee Tom Foley dismissed the 32-year old after he appeared to smash Nick Tompkins, the opposing centre, to the ground.
