Ali Crossdale will be returning to full-back as the Wasps’ home match against Sale on Friday.
Jimmy Gopperth, Malakai Fekoa and Rob Miller will all line up in the middle for their final home match. Rob Miller is also in the squad.
Sale has Tom Curry and Arron Reid back in their lineup.
Reed is now available after being suspended and has replaced Simon Hammersley on the wings.
Crossdale scored two goals in his September debut against Bristol Bears, but his only appearances since January have been in the Premiership Rugby Cup.
Fekitoa, Gopperth, and Fekitoa will leave Wasps at end of season to join Leicestershire and Munster.
Both teams are currently in mid-table with European spots up for grabs. However, Wasps are in better form.
Coventry’s side is unbeaten in their four Premiership games. They have also won eight consecutive home victories in all competitions. Sale has won only two of their six league matches.
Wasps head coach Lee Blackett told BBC Coventry & Warwickshire:
“For us eight on the bounce at the home and there players that will play their last home match for us – their last time in the dressing room.
“There is motivation for that and what the league tables will look like. At least, making sure we qualify to Europe.
“We only need to be focused on one game. The top eight has not been discussed with the club, and that is something that has never been brought up to the attention of the players.
“It’s all in the process, how are we going to win this particular game and focusing on that instead of what we need over two games.”
