LAS VEGAS — Patrick Graham will be coming to Las Vegas. Las Vegas RaidersTheir new defensive coordinatorHe is a valuable Raiders Pro Bowl defensive player Maxx Crosby. Crosby and the two of them met during Crosby’s pre-draft meeting with the Miami DolphinsIn 2019, Graham was the Dolphins’ defensive Coordinator.
Crosby stated that they had a “great talk” about the visit. This was before Crosby was drafted by the Raiders in the fourth round, 106th overall.
“So once, he got hired.” [by the Raiders Friday night]I was shocked to find out that he called me within 20 minutes. He was positive and I look forward to working with him.”
Graham was with the team for the past two seasons. New York GiantsCrosby, as their assistant head coach/defensive Coordinator, assured Crosby the scheme he brought to Las Vegas will work for him.
“I was a 4-3.” [alignment]Crosby said that Crosby has been a “guy since high school.” Crosby stated, “I want to play 6-[technique]9-tech and Coach Graham. The first thing he said was that he could not hear the noise around 3-4, 4-3, 4-3. We’ll put you in a good position.
“And that’s all it boils down to, trust and obviously he want me to succeed. That’s exactly what I plan to do — continuing on the right track in my career.”

Dallas Cowboys Pro Bowl receiver CeeDee Lamb, meanwhile, gave a quick scouting report on Graham’s defense.
Lamb said that Lamb has caught 23 passes for 301 yards, a touchdown and four games against the Giants in his career.
“Guys, it’s obvious that he is relentless.”
New England Patriots quarterback Mac JonesHad a similar report on Josh McDaniels as Raiders coach, who nurtured him since he was No. 15 overall pick in last year’s draft to rookie Pro Bowler.
Jones explained that Jones, as a young player, was familiar with football. He also taught me the intricacies of the game. He’s a great mentor for me and taught me a lot about football. I was able to learn not only the offense, but also the defense. It made me a better person.
“Josh has a great offensive mind. He does a great job coaching everyone, from the linemen and the skill players. He is a good candidate for the job. He will do a great job. My family and I are so grateful to him.
