Santiago Carreras, an Argentina international, has signed a new agreement to remain with Premiership club Gloucester.

Carreras, who played at both full-back and wings this season, joined Gloucester in Jan 2021.

The youngster, who is now 24 years old, has been a part of 32 Cherry and Whites appearances and has scored nine tries.

Carreras is the proud owner of 15 caps for Colombia after his international debut in 2019.

George Skivington, head coach, said that Anti is a very brave rugby player who puts his body on line every time.

“He’s a true talent. He can do things on the rugby field that you can only teach. He is a skilled rugby player and I am thrilled to have retained his services.”
