Sources say Robert Sarver, owner of the Phoenix Suns, was interviewed for an interview in connection with the NBA investigation.

The lawyers are asking about specific allegations in ESPN’s report. It was based on interviews of more than 70 employees. Sources say that employees have provided documents to investigators, including emails, in addition to confirming a variety of previously published allegations.

Sources said that Suns employees have been granted access to records relating to human resources and emails as part of the investigation.

The NBA and the Suns did not respond to our request for comment.

It is not clear when the investigation will be completed. The lawyers have repeatedly explained to former and current employees that they are at the “fact finding” stage.
