Fiji, Australia and Fiji will be their opponents as the next World Cup in France takes place.
The Springboks and the Springboks will meet 10 months before they face each other in the highly anticipated World Cup group stage encounter.
November's contest will mark the beginning of a new era for both sides.
Ireland won 38-3. However, the Springboks won the Webb Ellis Cup 2019 and beat the British Lions in a three Test series.
Both sides will meet in Saint-Denis, France on 23 September 2023. They have been drawn together in Pool A alongside Scotland.
It has been four year since Ireland last played Australia. In Sydney, they won 20-16 to win their first series victory in 39 years.
Andy Farrell's team will be facing the daunting task this summer of a three-game series against New Zealand.
They have won 12 of the 13 last matches, including a clean sweep in their November matches last season.
