Tennessee Titans snap Malik Willis’ wait and select a QB for the third round NFL draft

NASHVILLE (Tenn.) — Malik Willis, Liberty’s quarterback, is now free to go. Tennessee TitansThe second of their three-round picks in 2020’s NFL draft.

Friday night saw the Titans move up to select Willis at No. After sending a third-round selection (No. 90) and a fifth round pick (No. 169) Las Vegas Raiders.

Willis was widely predicted to be a first round pick. The NFL invited Willis to Las Vegas for the draft. This honor is usually reserved for a player who’s likely to get selected in the first round.
