F-ZeroX Speeds Up to the Nintendo Switch Online Library

F-Zero X is the 13th Nintendo 64 title available on Switch, when it launches on March 11.

The Switch Online Expansion Pack costs $49.99 and allows players to enjoy fast-paced futuristic racing.

F-Zero X has more than 30 unique hover-vehicles, including Blue Falcon. It allows users to race them with friends or solo in Grand Prix competitions.

It joins 12 other N64 titles available through the Expansion Pass, including The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, which was added to the service in February.

The full range of N64 titles currently available on Switch is: Banjo-Kazooie, Dr. Mario 64, Mario Kart 64, Mario Tennis, Paper Mario, Sin & Punishment, Star Fox 64, Super Mario 64, The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Win Back: Covert Operations, and Yoshi’s Story.

The Expansion Pass gives you access to SEGA Genesis titles, as well as DLC for Nintendo titles such Animal Crossing – New Horizons' Happy Home Paradise (Mario Kart 8 Deluxe's Booster Pass), which doubles your track count from 48 to 96.

IGN's 9/10 review back in the day stated that F-Zero X was “another proof that nobody does sequels as Nintendo” and that “the developers kicked everything in the way of perfectly-tuned gaming.”
