Elder Scrolls Online – A Beginner’s Guide to Leveling

ItThis is what it looks like Elder Scrolls Online Guide series, I’m going to cover a lot of useful information that every beginner should know. Advanced players often take a lot of this information for granted, because they forget how it felt to experience the growth pains and many of the features that we have today are not what we had when we started the game. We were able to take it one step at a time and learn as the game evolved. The first guide will focus on leveling up. It also explains how you can do it the fastest way possible.

How to get to lvl50

While it is good to level up quickly, being efficient in doing so is more important. What I mean is that if you skip ‘leg day’ and don’t bother with getting skill points from different sources, you’ll end up as a weak lvl 50 character. And we don’t want that, right? You don’t want to be left out of Dungeon runs or getting crushed in PvP just because your character isn’t up to snuff. You can earn 64 Skill points by leveling up to 50, or 350 SkillPoints through other means. To unlock the full range of features, you will require these points. ActiveAnd Passive AbilitiesThere are many options!These are the most common.

Learn How To Gain More Experience

The Training Trait increases EXP gained from kills and can be researched through crafting by using the ResearchOption. This way, you will be able to CraftYour own Training gear. Note that when putting item for Research destroys the item used, so make sure you don’t Research an item you were intending to use. If you don’t want to bother with Crafting, just use every new piece of gear with Training Trait You will find it. Another way to get a Set is to ask your Guild friend.

Other than the Training TraitEXP gains can be increased by scrolls or potions. Scrolls are known by their name. Crown Experience ScrollsThey can either be purchased in Crown Store for real money, or as Daily Login Rewards or special holiday event rewards. You can find legend drinks under consumables at any Guild Trader to get in-game gold. You will find the one that you are looking for. Psijic AmbrosiaIt is available in the following: The potion can increase EXP by 50% for all sources (not just kills), and it lasts around 30 mins. Crown Exp Scrolls And Psijic Ambrosia However, they should not be stacked. You can use either one of them.

You can also purchase ESO Plus (monthly subscription) which will give you an EXP gain increment of 10% as long as your subscription is active. Although it isn’t necessary for most people, this usually comes at a cost of 10-15 USD per month.

Chains for Zone Quest

Quest chains are found in almost every area of the game and give you a reward at the end. Skill PointIt is. The problem is you don’t know which ones reward Skill Points until you get to the very end, so you might end up spending a lot of time doing every quest in the region in search for these Skill Points. These quests are not recommended if you’re looking to increase your level quickly. This quest will not give you a lot of exp, and it can be more difficult than completing dungeons. However, they can provide as much as 20x the amount of EXP.

Within the Quest chain Factions are connected, meaning when you finish one you’ll be rewarded a Skill Point, and immediately you’ll be given another quest that starts the next chain in next region. To progress on to the next quest, you must complete every quest in each quest chain. Main Quest Chain

All the quests must be completed Main Story LineYou will receive 11 Skill Points, and your Main Quest begins automatically upon entering ESO. If you decided to skip the Intro and start in Summerset, going to the Docks and traveling to any Faction’s starting area will put you right in front of a Hooded Figure that will approach and tell you to go talk with the Benefactor, which starts Main Quest line. This is a great idea. Prioritize these quests, and complete them as soon possible.

Dungeons

EXP is a great way to get gear and a lot of it. Doing a random Dungeon for the first time in a day gives 4 times the normal EXP and additional rewards upon completion, so it’s a good idea to do these once you are high enough level, which is level 10.

Added to that, everything DungeonThere is a single quest you are allowed to complete. These quests give a Skill Point upon completion, so it’s a good idea to focus doing all Dungeons before reaching level 50 so that you get most Skill Points out of it. Click on the arrow in upper left corner next to Random Normal Dungeon Line and select Specific Dungeon. Normal Dungeons can only be run until you reach a higher level.

Here’s a hint on how to use AmbrosiaAnd Explore ScrollsUse Quests and Dungeons to make the most of your experience. Do multiple quests outside Dungeons but don’t turn them in. Get to the finish where you are. ‘Complete Quest’ option. DO NOT THINK THAT! Use ‘Leave’ option and do as many quests as possible like that. When you are happy with the amount of quests you’ve done up to Complete QuestYou can also choose Random Daily Dungeon, which is one per day. Pop Ambrosia Or Enjoy Scroll Just before the final boss fight. You will get more EXP for the boss kill, and higher Dungeon completion PXP. This is in addition to it being 4x increased because this is the first random Dungeon completed within a single day. You can complete all quests after you have completed the dungeon. Complete QuestOption for higher EXP Scroll to Exp And Ambrosia After all this work, you will still be active so do a few more dungeon runs to increase your exp.

Learning to level up your skills

Skills are divided into many categories, depending on their association, and Skill Ranks are increased by gaining EXP (dungeons, quests, kills…) while skills are slotted on your Skill Bar. You can unlock some Skill Lines by performing certain actions and quests. You will gain an additional Skill bar at level 15. Skills that are not on active bars do NOT earn EXP.

Classes Skills (Maximum Rank 50).

The skills that you can get when choosing a class at the beginning are called Class Skills. You can quickly level up your Class Skill lines by combining many active skills with one Skill. The fastest way to increase a Skill is by having all five skills and the ultimate from one Skill.

Weapon Skills (Max Rank 50)

There are 6 types of weapon skills.

It is the same idea, you should equip both your weapon and the relevant Skill. To speed up your leveling, you should have as many skills as possible in that Skill line. This will allow you to earn EXP.

Maximum rank 50 for Armor Skills

You can level up your armor skills by just wearing them Light MediumOr Heavy ArmorWhile gaining exp. More pieces you have, the faster the skill line’s level will increase. You should have 5-1-1 combinations so you can level up all three lines simultaneously.

World Skills

Guild Skills (Max Rank 10)

Fighters Guild

You can join Fighters Guild by talking to Hall Steward in your faction’s starting area. You can increase your rank in Fighters Guild by doing guild story quests (one quest per Rank), and taking bounties. CyrodiilFighters Guild, dismembering Dark Anchors and killing Daedra & Undead. Dark Anchor Dailies can also be found in Fighters Guild building (Cardea Gallus The quest-giver.

Mages Guild

To join Mages GuildClick the Eye icon to see your faction’s starting location and contact Magister. You can increase your rank in the Mages Guild by finishing guild story quests (one quest per rank), finding Lorebooks, and participating in Public Dungeon Dailies.Alvur Baren This is the quest-giver. It can take quite a while to get this Skill Line leveled because Lorebooks are so scattered. Check out LorebookWiki.

Thieves Guild (DLC)

Only those who have the required qualifications can join Thieves’ Guild. Thieves Guild DLCBy opening Collections, default U and clicking the Stories tab, you can begin Thieves Guild quest line. Completing guild story quests or repeatable quests is a way to increase your rank. This is another skill line that takes a while to level up, so don’t be in a hurry.

Dark Brotherhood (DLC)

Dark Brotherhood membership can only be obtained if the following are met: Dark BrotherhoodDLC. You can open Collections (default U), and click Stories tab to start the Dark Brotherhood quest line. Completing guild story quests, repeatable missions and contracts will increase your rank.

Psijic Order(Summerset Expansion)

Psijic OrderYou can only join if you possess the Summerset Expansion. Click Stories tab and open Collections. ArteumOr, you may talk to Loremaster Celarus about joining the Psijic Order in. Completing guild story quests is a way to increase your rank.

Never give up 

To join UndauntedYou will need to speak to Undaunted members in the area where your faction started. You must complete Dungeons to increase your rank. DelveDailies Pledges(Unlocked at Level 45).

Aldmeri Dominion: Turuk Redclaws (Salted Wings Tavern, Vukhel Guard)

Daggerfall Covenant: Mighty Mordra (The Rosy Lion and Daggerfall).

Skyshards

While questing and exploring, you’ll stumble upon Skyshards. Skyshards, collectibles, give 1 Skill point for each 3 they are collected. Because they are so easy to find, it is recommended that you pick up each one. Make sure you check out the Wiki. SkyshardThese are the locations.

Horsemanship (Leveling Mounts).

It is crucial to travel fast with mounts. They are often ineffective and slow at first. Because your Riding SkillIt isn’t up-to-date, to upgrade Reiding SkillsYou can visit any Stable Master for an upgrade worth 250 Coins. (One per 20h). Purchase Book on Riding Skill You can either buy them directly at the Crown Store, or you may randomly get them from Crates. Book on Riding SkillYou don’t have to wait for the timer, and you can do it as fast as you like if you have enough money. Otherwise, it could take up to 60 days. Reiding Skills applies to all mounts, so you don’t need to level it again for different mountsYou will have to raise your level if you want to create another character.

Champion Levels

While it is easy to reach 50 quickly, the next steps can prove difficult. You can reach 50 after you have reached level 50. Champion PointsAnd Champion SkillThe current limit for lines is 720 CP. This is increasing to 750 in. Update 19You can do it. Although it takes quite a while to reach 50, the good news about this is that you can do it only once. You will keep your Champion rank the same for all characters.

Every time you get enough XP, you will receive 1 point. In addition, you will also alternately earn points in the Green and Blue Champion Trees. It is still a very long road to get to 750, but Zenimax made it much easier to make the transition to 750 by continually adjusting the amount XP required to attain lower Champion ranks with every update. You can gain a lot of XP quickly by farming in a Public Dungeon or heading out to Cyrodiil to slay players. You can also earn Skill Points by gaining PvP rank!
