The house is approximately 40 minutes away from Philadelphia. It measures 10500 square feet and has six bedrooms. The house had been listed for six months prior to the sale. Simmons is still trying for a $3million condo sale in Philadelphia’s City Center.

According to Dirt.comSimmons bought the house for $2.375million in 2019. Castellanos will buy it for $4.55million. Simmons, however, made extensive renovations to the house and added many more during his tenure. The renovations included a kitchen remodel, the addition of a wine cabinet to the dining area, and the creation of a custom recreation space in the basement. The recreation area features a theater, pool table and custom esports gaming areas. There is also a bar and a kitchenette.

Simmons has recently had back surgeryLos Angeles to treat disc pain. His rehabilitation will take three to four months, but he should be fully recovered before the Nets’ 2022-23 training camp.
