Brian Flores claims he refused to sign the Miami Dolphins separation agreement to voice his disapproval at treatment by the team

His dismissal by the Miami DolphinsLast month, Brian Flores, the coach, declined to sign a separation deal presented by Stephen Ross, Flores said to Bryant Gumbel, Bryant Gumbel from HBO’s “Real Sports.”

Wigdor said that if a coach terminates with less than a year or two years remaining on their contract, they won’t be paid unless they sign an NDA, confidentiality, and non-disparagement waiver. So they pay their silence.

Flores was not allowed to continue receiving any non-accrued compensation or benefits as he did not sign the agreement.
