Ollie Hoskins, a London Irish player, has been awarded a call-up in Australia’s squad to perform for the Exiles. Take a look towards England on Saturday.
Hoskins, 28 years old, joined the Wallabies to be Taniela Tupu’s cowl.
After leaving Perth, the uncapped former Western Pressure tighthead joined Irish in 2016.
Hoskins said, “It is quite wild, and it is difficult to put into phrases how it feels,” “I will take the expertise.”
Hoskins, who has played more than 120 games for Irish, was an integral part of the 14-man return to attract 34-34 Saracens.
BBC Sport was informed that he made the difficult decision to leave his home. “But I am the only senior player who has not left the squad since the season that I joined.
“I have been through some really tough occasions as well as some great occasions. We had been in the Championship when we first climbed up, and we were up again after that.
“I was once in a very difficult position in my profession when I joined. They let me go, despite me enjoying my hometown membership.
“Irish gave my a chance and I’ve restructured my life right here. I have settled down, met my husband (initially from Wales) over right there. Most of my extended household stays right here now so it has given me another option.
“Outdoors of Rugby, I’ve had a very settled life in London. I am grateful to the members for that. They have been with and with me through all these ups & downs.”
