Sale won a second half fightback to defeat Gloucester and keep their Premiership playoff hopes alive.
Faf de Klerk and AJ MacGinty were on the field to give Sale a 19-12 halftime lead. Santiago Socino responded with two close-range tries.
JL du Preez pushed Sale over from close quarters to take the command at 26-12.
Gloucester was able to close the gap with Charlie Chapman’s intercept try and Louis Hillman Cooper’s debut score, but the hosts held their ground.
