Half-time was even as Theo McFarland scored for Exeter and Exeter got a penalty try.
Before Jacques Vermeulen’s 70th minute try, Elliot Daly & Owen Farrell led Saracens to a 19-10 lead.
Henry Slade’s penalty in the 76th minute looked like it had won it for Chiefs, before Goode coolly slotted and claimed the victory.
